Fabian and his crew at PNA General Services were very helpful and did a nice job for us. He was responsive, accommodating, and worked hard to meet a tough schedule in tough weather conditions. I put a lot of demand on his team, and changed the scope part-way through, and he reasonably accommodated my needs. I know Mr.Fabian paqui, as a concrete specialist and we used him for a large Hindu temple construction project, he is good and very knowledgeable when it comes to concrete which means wherever concrete is used like, basement, roof, multi story structure, etc., he is very knowledgeable in giving custom made solution for any building issue related to concrete. I hired him for my house basement stair way leaking from both side walls, Fabian came up with a solution, initially I was hesitant to demolish the existing stair well and build a new one that same place with more concrete, turns out that was the right solution, I have no more leaking issue on the side walls and he also came up with long sump at the bottom of the stair well, it worked perfectly well.
